Bryn Tanat offers a spacious room overlooking the terrace for 24 to dine and dance; there is an adjacent cloakroom.  Also a second dining room, timber framed with an elliptical oak table where up to 14 can enjoy an intimate dinner party.  Adjacent to this is a well equipped kitchen with beams and a wood burner.  There are two sitting rooms, one adjacent to the dining room with wall mounted tv and a digital radio, cd and ipod docking station and wi-fi, the other is two steps down with beams and  an open fire.  Adjacent to this is the snooker room with a full size table, baby grand piano, library and wood burner.

A separate w/c, two twin bedded rooms and a shower room with w/c and a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge freezer complete the ground floor accommodation
