Chef will arrive at Bryn Tanat on or around 5.00pm on the day of your dinner party when he will spend approximately an hour with you.
Your dinner will arrive prepared and chilled for you to undertake final cooking in the kitchen at the Hall.
Each part of your dinner will be clearly identified with oven temperatures and cooking times clearly indicated.
Chef will go through your menu with you explaining the finishing and presentation method for your dinner ensuring you are confident before he leaves.
Chef and maid service is £225.00 per party and is based on the selection of one starter, main course and dessert option per party. Should you wish to select a choice of two starters, main courses and desserts options an additional service surcharge of £75.00 will apply.
There will be times when the maid service is not able to clear the dining table if the party is in full swing after the dinner service. On these occasions it is unavoidable but to leave the glasses and any remaining dishes etc that have not been possible to tactfully clear away. The maid will always consult and follow instruction after the dinner.
The Hall has an excellent wine list however you may choose to bring your own wines.
Staff will arrive at Bryn Tanat and prepare the dining room for dinner. This will include linen napkins, candlesticks and flowers.
If you would like a more elaborate floral decoration this can be provided and priced according to your requirement.
The dinner will arrive prepared and chilled and chef will undertake the final preparation and cooking in the kitchen at the Hall.
