Fitness

If you enjoy exercising and like to try different forms of exercise and sports, then our Fitness Stays are for you.

We will introduce you to new activities and encourage you to shake up your routine a little – great for challenging your body in different ways and keeping you on your toes mentally so you won’t get bored.

Our in-house fitness expert Zoe Thomas designs fitness sessions that are inspiring, enjoyable and uniquely personal to you and/or your group – you tell us what your aims and objectives are and we’ll do the rest!

If you like the gym environment, we have an amazing onsite gym which offers the very latest in fitness equipment, with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as free weights, Swiss balls and mats.

Zoe can do one-on-one sessions, or lead group exercise sessions for those who prefer a more social aspect to their exercise.

Some examples of exercise sessions include Circuit Training outside, in the gym or team building ‘Sports Days’.
