Good food, excellent presentation and first-rate service are essential factors in making the day a resounding success. 

At Bryn Tanat Hall we have our own chef who has worked all over the world fine tuning his culinary skills, which have earned him an AA-Rosette and a place in various guides including The Good Food and Michelin Guides.

The relationship with our chef is personal.  You will be advised on individually tailoring our menus, presentation of food and table settings.  And while not essential we like you to do a tasting before settling on your menu.  Alternatively we have three lovely sample menus for you to choose from.

Our service is professional and discreet and preparing for the wedding banquet is carefully planned.

Our experienced team can also prepare dinner for the night before your wedding, a champagne breakfast on your wedding day, and on the day after, breakfast, brunch or a lunch.  Whatever your requirements we are here to fulfil your every need.
