Join us at The Bryn Tanat Wellness 1 Day Fitness Camp

Our team of experts are hereto kick start your fitness

The varied fitness sessions and activities are unique and run by our inspirational trainers who will encourage and motivate you to push your body and rise to the challenge.

6 fitness sessions to include strength and conditioning, boxing, circuits, pilates and yoga.

  • 8am – 6pm
  • You will need to wear workout clothes, trainers and bring spare clothes with you, including a waterproof jacket.
  • Food and drink provided but please bring your own water bottle.
  • Including two snacks, nutritious lunch and drinks.
  • In the beautiful riverside gardens of Bryn Tanat Hall
  • Limited places available
  • All fitness abilities welcome.
