Diet and lifestyle is key to good health

The Bryn Tanat Wellness programmes at Bryn Tanat Hall brings together a team of specialists passionate about helping people attain the best out of their life through good health and wellness. 

Lynn Adams, a registered practitioner and therapist of functional nutritional medicine, a qualified lecturer and nutrigenomic coach, leads on part of the wellness retreat and will work personally with our guests.

“I’m delighted to be working with the wonderful team at Bryn Tanat Hall in the development of our Bryn Tanat Wellness programmes. These are retreats with a difference, allowing me, as a practitioner of Functional Nutritional Medicine, to indulge my passion of educating people about how the foods we eat profoundly affect our health.

Only a few weeks to go and I’m so looking forward to working with the guests for our launch event, Weight Management in November. This is so much more than simply weight loss; it’s about losing fat, developing lean muscle, and maintaining the ideal body composition for life without having to count a single calorie.

Our talented chefs, Beth and Rebecca, have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes producing delicious menus to be enjoyed throughout the stay but also easy to prepare for the family at home. So it’s a complete package; guests will leave with all the tools they need to maintain a healthy weight for life.

It’s going to be a busy few weeks leading up to the launch and I along with other members of the team will be updating you on our progress.
