Provisional reservations can be accepted and must be confirmed within 7 days by the receipt of a booking form and the required deposit.
Bookings made within 12 weeks of the start of the holiday require payment in full at the time of the booking.
To secure a reservation
Complete the online booking form. The owner will contact the person who makes the booking by telephone to arrange payment of the required deposit of 20% of the total booking amount to the Owner. Please note that the required deposit may vary for seasonal reservations.
Pay the balance
Pay the balance of the cost 12 weeks before the holiday is due to start (it should be noted that reminders are sent out prior to the balance payment due date).
If the balance payment is not received within the time specified the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Once the booking is confirmed the Hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday.
Upon booking with Bryn Tanat Hall we recommend that you take out your own travel insurance. You must get travel insurance that covers lost luggage, medical costs and cancellation. Many insurance companies include cancellation cover to protect your booking, but please check.
