Julie Moore, Level 3 Personal Trainer
Originally from Sutton Coldfield Julie moved to the area in 2002. After suffering with a long standing hamstring injury Julie diversified into the Triathlon scene and was very successful, representing GB 8 times and gained a Bronze medal in 2006 in the European Champs in Autun, France.
Julie decided to change her career path and re-educated by qualifying in 2003 as a Level 3 PT Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist. Julie’s experience in the fitness industry is invaluable as well as an accomplished Personal Trainer, she is also a Spinning and Boxercise instructor.
