Lead by British Wheel of Yoga teacher Ceri Evans, each retreat is designed to offer yoga and meditation sessions that help to relax and revitalise both mind and body. Plenty of free time is built in so you can explore the extensive gardens and surrounding countryside, or treat yourself to a massage or beauty treatment with on-site therapist Kirsty Martin. The spa and fitness facilities are yours to use as you wish, or simply curl up with a good book and a cuppa.

Then, of course, there’s the food. Resident chef Beth Patrick rustles up a menu that’s super-nutritious (and a little bit decadent), using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. All this in cosy and luxurious five star surroundings – it’s no wonder our guests are a little reluctant to go home…
